Training at an institute of higher education. The situation is the same as in the case of technical schools. If the applicant has a diploma of a system administrator of secondary professional nature, he can be enrolled in the university for the 2-3 year at once.
Self-education. An option that is suitable for beginners. It is mainly preferred by children and those who do not know whether he wants to devote his career to the chosen direction. Training materials are freely available on the Web and in stores. You can choose literature and review lessons when you feel like it. This is complete self-control. But a self-taught system administrator will not be able to document their own skills.
